Regarding recruitment of Osaka University Fellowship Creation Project “Quantum Leader Human Resources” in 2024

Currently, Osaka University is implementing the ”University Fellowship Creation Project for Creating Scientific and Technological Innovation”, including QLEAR, and the “Challenging Research Program for Next Generation Researchers (SPRING)” as doctoral student support projects.

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) and the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) have decided to integrate these two programs and implement them as the next SPRING program under the new system from fiscal year 2024.
As a result, there will be no new applications for the “Quantum Leader Human Resources (QLEAR Fellowship)” program after FY2024.
